ISANA Palmati Academy Named an LA County Top School

ISANA Palmati Academy is rated tops among 300 schools throughout Los Angeles County that are closing the opportunity gap for low-income African American and Latino students. The list of schools recognized in the 2020 Top Los Angeles County Public Schools report is published by Innovate Public Schools – Los Angeles (a non-profit committed to helping kids and their families access quality education), and the University of Southern California (USC).

Of the Los Angeles County schools that are eligible for the Top Schools list, Palmati scored among the leading 19th percentile for low-income Latino students by exceeding statewide average scores in English Language Arts (ELA) and mathematics.  Palmati ranks #2 as a Top Public School among Latino Middle School students in ELA and #13 in math.  Palmati’s elementary school program ranks #9 among Latino students in math and #33 among Latino students in ELA.
